- For ease of scheduling you do not need to be home at the time of service.  We can do all service work from the exterior of the home.

- Expect the  pumping within a week or so but it might be as soon as tomorrow.

- Please have a hose available if you have a septic filter for us to clean.

- Please have the tank/s unlocked (you can also keep it locked and leave the key in the padlock). If you have misplaced your keys, we will be able to access the tank as we  carry a variety of padlock keys on our trucks.

- If your cover is under dirt/grass and needs to be dug, please do that as soon as possible. (If we arrive and it needs to be dug it, there will be a charge).   

- We do submit the service electronically to the county the day after the service via their online reporting portal.

- If you are not home at the time of service - we will put an invoice on the door.  You can mail payment or request a secure online payment link to be sent to your email or use Venmo.
